Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Champions Marketing Group, you will be a key player in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. You will be tasked with understanding our clients’ needs, strategizing to meet their objectives, and proactively addressing any concerns. As a crucial liaison between our clients and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client retention, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their dedicated point of contact within the company.
  • Understand and analyze clients’ marketing and sales objectives, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized strategies and solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand services, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations to enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and check-ins to review progress, discuss strategies, and align objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ activities and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to strengthen client relationships and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the marketing or sales industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate clients’ needs, translating them into effective marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting data and providing valuable insights to clients.
