HR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and hire top-tier candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Oversee performance management, providing guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews, goal-setting, and employee development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs, to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, conducting market analysis to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Oversee HRIS and employee data management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel records.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends, implementing innovative HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast and plan human resource needs based on business growth and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead training and development programs, supporting employees in their professional growth and skill enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to HR challenges.
