Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Champions Marketing Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to the marketing and product development teams to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, capable of closing deals effectively.
  • High level of motivation and self-discipline, with a proactive approach to sales activities.
